Smart Chain City Polo Multimodal Pecém project has a replicable model also for countries where the deficit of constructions equipped with essential services at affordable prices is very high and growing, such as Saudi Arabia and India.

 

In the “Smart Chain City” concept, technology, sustainability, social and digital inclusion and circular economy make a difference and this design approach can be “internationalized” to other areas of the world.

 

Our mission, therefore, is focused on the urban and real estate development of innovative territories that meet the needs of different stakeholders, respecting the environment and local cultures and providing innovative solutions, especially applied to the areas of infrastructure and technology.

 

The internationalization process of our model is carried out, primarily, with local developers and international partners, which are continuously guided by research, development and innovation (RD&I), which are always present in all Smart Chain City activities.

 

For this reason, for some years now, there has been a specific collaboration between Polo Multimodal Pecém and international universities and groups of experts in different sectors, which provide, for each project, the best solutions in new generation technologies.
